NRD collaborated with the clients to combine two apartments into one spacious family home. The renovation included the addition of 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, along with special features like the home gym, sauna, and a rock climbing wall.

The key objective of the project was to create a space that felt like a serene escape from the bustling Soho neighborhood. Utilizing a neutral, warm palette for the floors, walls, and furniture; then complimented this with natural stone elements throughout the apartment. With the client being an art collector, the neutral materials allowed the art and objects to take center stage.

Our favorite design elements in the project are the custom designed millwork; which includes a walnut headboard with a floating bed, and a curved  bath vanity with matching walnut legs.
